Automated access is otherwise permitted, provided it respects the Licensing Terms and the technical integrity of the site.

All submissions are subject to admin review.

Lapidaret disclaims responsibility for the accuracy or reliability of community-contributed content.

• The Lapidaret website (design, code, and branding) is protected and all rights are reserved by the operator.
• Submissions are licensed under CC BY 4.0, as described in the Licensing Terms.

5. Liability and Warranties

Lapidaret is provided on an “as is” basis, without warranties of any kind.
I do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy, or availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the site.

6. Termination

I reserve the right to suspend or remove access to Lapidaret, or to remove content, at my discretion.

I may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be reflected by the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
